I’m slowly getting into the habit of blogging. I’m hoping that my content becomes balanced — that I’ll have more things to say about school, life, etc, and not just about working out. Because pretty much all I do right now is work out.. and study. Which is boring.

I’ll do this on a day where I’ve scheduled pilates and I’m feeling super over-achieving. To be honest, the reason I’ve scheduled the arms workout last is because it kills me every single time! It’s unbelievable. But I can honestly say I see a difference in my arms already. Which will pay off, since my arms & back are definitely showcased by my dress for Cadaver Ball! (Aka medical school prom.)
